Grown almost everywhere
in the tropics, Papaya most likely has its origens in Brazil. Its sweet
and juicy pulp makes it a much sought after fruit in many parts of the
world.
Nutrition Proprieties
It’s rich in minerals such
as potassium, phosphor, calcium, iron and sodium as well in vitamin C,
complex B vitamins and beta-carotene. It contains papain, a natural enzyme
which helps to regulate the intestinal function and digeste proteins.
